Sell Instantly With Direct Sale
A Direct Sale allows you to list an invoice at a fixed price — available for immediate purchase by verified buyers, without waiting for offers. This model is ideal if you need quick liquidity and want to skip the negotiation process.
Once submitted, your receivable is reviewed by our team and made visible to eligible buyers. As soon as a buyer proceeds to payment, the assignment contract is generated. Funds are safeguarded, released and transferred to the Seller by the regulated Payment Partner after payment confirmation, both parties' digital signatures, and objective platform checks. FINORYS SAS does not hold client funds and does not execute transfers.
